TotalX LLP provides software development and related services. The scope, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in a formal contract before the commencement of any project.
3. Payments & Pricing
All project costs will be detailed in a formal agreement. Payments must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, software, and deliverables remain the property of TotalX LLP until full payment is received. Custom software developed for clients will be transferred as per the contractual terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
TotalX LLP is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if clients violate any terms or fail to meet payment obligations.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Indian judiciary.
8. Changes to Terms
TotalX LLP reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
